Sink Tip – Polyleader Tapered Leader – Japan

Polyleader – constructed from core monofilament  coated with tapered coating of tungsten based material.

Designed to store energy from the flyline on the forward cast and transfer the energy smoothly as the cast unrolls and straightens on the water surface. The taper of the leader essentially becomes an extension of the forward taper of the fly line. Loop to loop connection provides easy connection to the flyline and tippet.

Ideal companion for getting down quickly in larger pools without needing to use weighted flies or change fly lines.

Great for Salt fishing with floating line over weed and rocks and have the leader sink down into the sandy gutter.
